Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

These Terms govern access to MOSHIO'S PANNEL, a social-media campaign, wallet and operator-assisted workspace. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy then in force.

If you do not agree, do not register or use the panel. Material updates are versioned. Where we record acceptance, we store the user, document, version and accepted-at timestamp.

2. Operator identity

MOSHIO'S PANNEL is the trading name of this workspace. Legal business name, address, trade licence, TIN, BIN/VAT and similar identifiers appear on this site only when an administrator has entered them. Empty fields mean the information has not been configured — they are not invented.

Governing law and dispute venue are Bangladesh unless a configured jurisdiction field states otherwise.

3. Account registration

You must provide accurate name and email details, keep a strong password, and be able to access the email you register. One person or authorised organisation should control each customer account.

We may refuse, suspend or close accounts that fail verification, present a security risk, or are used to abuse third-party platforms.

4. Account security

You are responsible for activity under your login. Enable authenticator-based 2FA where available. Notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

Sessions use an httpOnly cookie. We do not ask for Facebook, Instagram, Google or TikTok passwords.

5. Customer responsibilities

You must have lawful authority over every Page, profile, URL, creative and social asset you submit. You remain responsible for content, targeting choices, advertising spend decisions and platform policy compliance.

You must not submit another person's account, impersonate a brand, or request work that requires access you do not have.

6. Services and availability

The catalog is database-backed. Status labels are AVAILABLE, CONFIGURATION REQUIRED, COMING SOON, MAINTENANCE or DISABLED. Only AVAILABLE services may be ordered.

YouTube and TikTok items remain COMING SOON unless a real integration is implemented. We do not charge for services that cannot currently be fulfilled.

7. Third-party platforms (including Meta)

Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and advertising auctions are controlled by those platforms. Their rules, APIs, auctions, eligibility checks and enforcement override anything in this panel.

Meta OAuth, if configured, is used only for authorised assets you connect. We never collect platform passwords. Provider outages, API changes or policy bans are outside our control.

8. Pricing, wallet and deposits

Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka unless stated otherwise. Wallet amounts are stored in paisa. Your wallet is charged only after you confirm an order.

Deposit tools (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer or a configured gateway) appear inside the signed-in customer panel. Public pages do not advertise destination numbers. Manual deposits credit the wallet only after administrator verification. Automatic gateway credit occurs only when a live, configured callback validates the payment.

9. Orders, processing and cancellation

Before confirm you see service, description, target, quantity or budget, price, fees if any, total, wallet balance, balance after purchase, processing notes, important conditions and refund/failure terms.

Orders are created once. Duplicate submissions with the same idempotency key reuse the existing order. Operator or provider statuses are recorded; we do not invent completed results.

Cancellation after work has started is not automatic. Ask support. If cancellation is permitted before fulfilment, any refund follows the Refund Policy (typically a wallet credit).

10. Acceptable use and prohibited activity

Prohibited: fake or inauthentic engagement, bot farms, purchased followers/likes/comments/watch time, password sharing, credential stuffing, malware, unauthorised access, harassment, illegal advertising, and misuse of another person's social accounts.

MOSHIO'S PANNEL does not operate an artificial engagement engine. If an external provider claims prohibited delivery, that claim is not exposed as an orderable customer service.

11. Intellectual property and submissions

The panel, branding and software remain the operator's or licensors' property. You keep rights in content you submit, and you grant a limited licence to process that content solely to perform the ordered work.

URLs, creatives and attachments must not infringe third-party rights.

12. Platform and API changes

Platforms may change APIs, targeting, monetization rules or enforcement without notice. We may pause, relabel or withdraw a service (including CONFIGURATION REQUIRED or MAINTENANCE) when fulfilment is no longer possible.

13. Suspension, limitation and termination

We may suspend access for security, unpaid chargebacks, policy abuse, or legal risk. Wallet balances remain ledger records. Unused verified funds are handled according to the Refund Policy and applicable law — they are not silently deleted by this software.

14. Security and privacy

Technical measures include hashed passwords, hashed API keys, optional TOTP, httpOnly sessions and role checks. No statement here is a government certification.

15. Complaints and support

Use /support. Signed-in customers can open tickets. Signed-out visitors can use the published support email or phone if configured. Keep your order or payment reference.

16. Limitation of service

To the extent permitted by applicable Bangladesh law, we are not liable for platform bans, auction outcomes, eligibility decisions, lost profits, or third-party outages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including for fraud or personal injury where such exclusion is void.

17. Changes

We may publish a new version with a new version number and last-updated date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of non-material changes. Where we require acknowledgement, a new unchecked checkbox or similar control will be used — never a pre-ticked box.
